Posted on January 12th, 2009 in MC, kde | 3 Comments »

sudo apt-get install amarok

am2

The Amarok Team did an AMAZING job with this release!  So install it and play with it a bit.

Intrepid users please click here :)

Just a quick note that deKorator has been ported to KDE 4 and now works in Jaunty (and is in the kubuntu-members-kde4 ppa for Intrepid users)

I jumped the gun on this one a week ago. It was updated on Jaunty, then a prior bug had it removed from the archives - so it had to go throught the new queue once again :)

deKorator is similar to Emerald, as it allows you to change the window frames without changing the style. It’s real handy for those of us who like shiny sparkley stuff :) You can find deKorator Themes here.

The package name is kwin-style-dekorator

< JontheEchidna> maybe Ubuntu should consider kwin as default windowmanager
